Returns and Cancellations

In the unlikely event that your order is unsatisfactory, you can return your items to us within 14 days of ordering, with the exception of specific products (this is very rare and will usually be for custom items or orders, and will always be clearly stated in the product description).

Once we have received the item and confirmed it is still in its original state, we will initiate the refund process that same day.

Items whose original state has been altered (i.e. broken seals, opened boosters, swapped cards) can not be returned. CardRush reserves the right to make the final judgment in these situations.

Buyers are required to pay sufficient postage to cover the cost of the returned order.

Should your order arrive damaged and you wish to return it, please contact us as soon as possible with accompanying photographic evidence of the package. This will help us speed up the investigation with the relevant postal carrier and subsequently a refund if desired.

If you have placed an order by accident or wish to cancel for any other reason, you are free to cancel it by contacting us before the order has shipped. We will initiate the refund process that same day.

CardRush reserves the right to cancel any order.

Card Conditions

MT (Mint)

A 'Mint' card is in absolutely pristine condition. There are no scratches on either side and the surface is completely clean. There are no signs of any whitening on corners or edges.

We will very rarely list a card as 'Mint' as we prefer stricter grading - many a booster fresh card will be graded as 'Near Mint'.

NM (Near Mint)

A pack fresh card is usually what we would describe as 'Near Mint'.

These cards look completely unplayed, with a clean surface. Small imperfections may be accepted, such as very minor white spots along the cards borders or corners that sometimes occur as part of the production process. If these are present, they should be very small and very few.

EX (Excellent)

A card in 'Excellent' condition will have small signs of play.

This can manifest itself in the form of a few white spots on the corners and edges that are noticeable at first glance. The surface of an 'Excellent' card may have light scratches that can be seen with good lighting but are otherwise not distracting from the face of the card.

GD (Good)

If a card is marked as 'Good', we expect the card to show clear signs of play.

The borders will have light wear, or a handful of spots with whitening around the edges and corners.
There may be some noticeable scratches on the surface of the card, or even some dirt or other residue.

LP (Light Played)

A 'Light Played' card has noticeable wear in every area of the card.

Whitening will be prevalent on edges and corners, and there may be a fair amount of scratches on the surface of the card.

PL (Played)

A card in 'Played' condition has very clear wear from regular use.

There may be large amounts of whitening along the borders and corners of the card, and the surface will generally show clear scratching. Clear creases will automatically class a card as 'Played' as its maximum condition.

PO (Poor)

'Poor' cards are all cards in a condition worse than 'Played'.

This can be bent cards, inked cards, water damage and anything else that goes beyond the normal expected wear and tear on a card.
